SMA BackOffice will never sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data. We only share information with third parties under the following strict conditions: With state regulatory authorities (SARS, Department of Labour) solely to execute your requested compliance submissions upon your explicit instruction. With encrypted cloud software sub-processors necessary to host your accounting ledger. When mandated by a court of law or legal statute within the Republic of South Africa.
